Frozen Coconut Mojito

  • Blender
  • Freezable Cocktail Maker


  • 4 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 4 oz Coconut Rum
  • 2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 8 fresh Mint Leaves
  • 4 cups ice
  • 1 tbsp super if desired for added sweetness


  • Place all ingredients in blender with 4 cups of ice. Blend until completely smooth, pour into glasses for immediate serving.
  • If making ahead pour into Freezable Cocktail Maker and place in freezer until ready to serve the next day. Squeeze and stir to combine any separation that may have occurred.
  • Garnish with mint and lime slices if desired.
